POSITION OBJECTIVE: To monitor, coordinate, and oversee the daily activities of COP operators, participating in the supervision/auditing of trips (monitoring), service distribution, personnel selection and training. As well as maintaining contact with electronic security providers and transport companies. FUNCTIONS: · Monitoring the entry of services into the system (pre\-load / email). · Monitoring upcoming / active services. · Monitoring completed services by verifying supporting documentation for accurate billing. · Verifying compliance with procedures for special accounts. · Ensuring all audits/monitoring sessions are recorded. · Performing online audits of ongoing monitoring activities. · Issuing police/recurrence alerts in cases of theft or attempted theft. · Responding to and managing all emails received during the night shift. · Conducting improvement workshops after incidents occur. · Providing feedback to operators. · Monitoring shift handovers, ensuring that logs and updates are current. EDUCATION: · Completed secondary education. · Relevant fields of study related to the company's activities will be valued, e.g.: Degree in Security, Transportation, Logistics, Insurance, among others. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. · Knowledge of cartography. · Leadership skills. Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
