A prestigious law firm is hiring telephone collection agents. The position is 100% in-person, located at our offices in Buenos Aires City’s Microcentro district. Job responsibilities: \- Conduct telephone outreach to delinquent clients with unpaid obligations (loans, promissory notes, invoices, etc.). \- Contact debtors and/or guarantors to negotiate payment agreements, debt refinancing, or full debt settlement. \- Record and track all negotiations, ensuring recovery of the outstanding amount plus applicable interest and fees. Training will be provided by the law firm; therefore, prior experience in collections is not required. Requirements: \- Age: between 18 and 24 years old (mandatory). \- Completed secondary education (mandatory). \- Excellent diction and communication skills. \- Familiarity with legal terminology (not mandatory). \- Residence in CABA (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) or adjacent areas (not mandatory, but note that the position is in-person). \- Candidates currently pursuing university or tertiary studies—especially law students—are highly valued.
