Opportunity for growth, upskilling, and cross-country exposure **Role Summary** Epirco Group is hiring a **Chief of Staff – Finance \& People Operations** to work directly with the CEO as a high\-trust operator who keeps critical back\-office and people operations running smoothly. This is not a purely strategic Chief of Staff role. It is a hands\-on, execution\-heavy role for someone who can manage day\-to\-day accounting coordination, invoicing, collections follow\-up, recurring payments, payroll coordination, hiring workflows, onboarding/offboarding, employee evaluation support, and operational follow\-through across the company. The right person is organized, discreet, commercially aware, strong with numbers, strong with people, and comfortable acting as the CEO’s operational extension. You should be able to bring order, follow up relentlessly, and ensure important tasks do not slip. **Key Responsibilities** **Finance \& Accounting Operations** * Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time. * Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments with clients in a professional, persistent manner. * Monitor and manage recurring subscription payments and renewals. * Coordinate monthly salary processing and payment readiness. * Maintain organized records for invoices, payments, payroll inputs, vendor obligations, and operational finance trackers. * Work with internal leadership and any external accountants/bookkeepers to ensure clean handoffs and timely execution. * Flag cash flow, overdue collections, payment risks, or process gaps early. **People Operations \& HR Support** * Coordinate hiring workflows from job posting through screening, scheduling, candidate follow\-up, and offer\-stage coordination. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes so documentation, access, and communication are handled properly. * Help maintain employee records, HR trackers, role documents, and evaluation cycles. * Coordinate performance review processes, manager follow\-ups, and documentation. * Support difficult but necessary people processes with professionalism and confidentiality. * Help ensure company expectations, policies, and operational standards are documented and consistently followed. **CEO / Chief of Staff Support** * Work closely with the CEO to keep priorities organized and executed. * Build and maintain simple operating dashboards, trackers, and weekly follow\-up systems. * Identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, and execution risks before they become bigger problems. * Draft clear internal communications, process notes, and SOPs when needed. * Handle sensitive information with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment. **Requirements (Must\-haves)** * Experience in a role such as Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant to a founder/CEO, Finance \& Operations Manager, People Operations Manager, or similar. * Proven experience handling **both** administrative/operational finance work and people/recruitment coordination. * Strong written and spoken English. * Excellent follow\-up discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information. * Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and pushing tasks to closure. * Strong spreadsheet skills and confidence working with trackers, reports, and operational dashboards. * Experience coordinating invoicing, collections follow\-up, subscriptions, payroll inputs, and vendor/admin processes. * Experience supporting hiring, onboarding/offboarding, employee evaluations, and HR operations. * Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal hand\-holding. * High integrity, strong judgment, and a calm, professional communication style. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast\-moving company. * Experience in remote\-first or distributed teams. * Familiarity with small\-business finance operations and HR/recruitment operations in growing companies. * Exposure to SOP design, process improvement, and accountability tracking. * Experience using ClickUp or similar project management systems. * Experience with payroll coordination across more than one geography. **Tools \& Technologies** * ClickUp or similar work management system * Google Workspace / Microsoft Office * Spreadsheets and reporting trackers * Accounting / bookkeeping tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar * Payroll, HR, and recruitment tools as applicable * Slack / email / video meeting tools * HubSpot CRM **Growth Track:** If you perform well, deliver independently, and take ownership of your work — we’ll back your growth with cash, upskilling, and cross\-country exposure.
