Proposal of operational improvements We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join one of our industrial/commercial sites. The position will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance at the site, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, general services, common areas, infrastructure, and equipment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise building, electrical, plumbing, stormwater, metalwork, painting, technical cleaning, and general services maintenance tasks. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance work, monitoring priorities, execution timelines, and work quality. Supervise in-house staff and/or external suppliers providing services at the site. Identify maintenance needs, detect deviations, and propose operational improvements. Monitor the use of assigned materials, tools, supplies, and resources. Interact with tenants/internal clients regarding site operation-related requests. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, order, and good work practices. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles involving building, industrial, logistics, or site maintenance. General knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations, building infrastructure, and preventive maintenance. Ability to coordinate work teams and suppliers. Problem-solving profile, organized, with strong communication skills and service orientation. Willingness to work on-site. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in industrial parks, logistics centers, warehouses, plants, shopping malls, corporate buildings, or large-scale complexes. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, electrical panels, pumps, gates, fire protection systems, and common area maintenance.
