Production Manager – Key Responsibilities: At Oligra Sudamericana S.A., we are undergoing active expansion within the food industry. We seek a dynamic professional with strategic vision and leadership capabilities to consolidate our production processes, drive operational efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams. We are looking for a Production Manager responsible for leading, planning, and comprehensively controlling plant operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and productivity targets. We target professionals with strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, and a strategic mindset enabling them to formulate improvement proposals and support decision-making. ● Planning and Processes: Lead production planning, conduct time studies, and continuously assess production process capabilities. ● Documentation and Standardization: Develop, draft, and update operational procedures and work instructions to standardize tasks and ensure end-to-end process quality. ● Continuous Improvement and 5S: Ensure order and cleanliness in the production area through implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology. ● Team Management: Effectively coordinate, lead, and manage personnel in the production area. ● Machinery Operation: Operate and handle Profile Requirements: ● Education: University graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Mandatory). ● Experience: Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in similar positions (Mandatory). ● Leadership: Proven prior experience managing personnel (Mandatory). ● Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency (Mandatory). ● Age: Senior or semi-senior, aged 30–45 years. Desired Competencies: ● Proactive profile. ● Interpersonal relationship management, teamwork, and effective communication. Residence: Florencio Varela or nearby localities within a 15 km radius.
