What will your responsibilities be? * *Consulting and assessments:* Lead infrastructure consulting engagements, conduct current-state assessments, and define transformation roadmaps. * *Hybrid infrastructure strategy:* Design and implement hybrid infrastructure platforms integrating on-premise and cloud-based environments. * *Virtualization and hyperconvergence:* Provide technical leadership in VMware, Nutanix, and other platforms. * *Migration programs:* Drive large-scale migrations, including Lift & Shift infrastructure migrations and database migrations. * *Cloud architecture and operations:* Design and optimize multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift), ensuring best practices in governance, workload management, and provisioning. * *Client relationship:* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation programs. * *Team leadership:* Guide technical teams, ensuring excellence in delivery. * Design, implement, and manage on-premise data center solutions, including compute, storage, and networking architectures. * Oversee security, compliance, and high availability of infrastructure in on-premise environments. * Integrate on-premise and hybrid systems with enterprise monitoring, automation, and management tools. What do we need from you? * *Education:* University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Desirable) * *Experience:* 8+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, architecture, and operations, leading complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure transformation projects. Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift). Hands-on experience with virtualization and hyperconvergence platforms (VMware, Nutanix, etc.).
