This Position reports to: HUB Americas Engineering Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing your personal employment opportunities, particularly through involvement in document follow‑up activities. The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role supports the Project Engineering team within the Automation Energy division, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. **You will be mainly accountable for:** * Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s documentation workflows, ensuring proper coordination and timely submission of required technical and administrative documents. * Managing and maintaining project and departmental documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, traceability, and compliance with ABB standards. * Monitoring document‑control metrics for international projects, including on‑time delivery, document status updates, and compliance to documentation plans. * Preparing periodic reports related to document progress, pending items, and document register updates, contributing to internal visibility and informed decision‑making. * Ensuring purchase‑order documentation, vendor documents, and deliverables are properly logged, tracked, and aligned with execution requirements, maintaining an accurate overview of the documentation backlog. * Participating in team meetings, reviews, and document‑coordination sessions. * Seeking feedback and guidance from the manager and team members to continuously improve performance and technical skills. **Our team dynamics** You will join a talented and collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role** * You are a student of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of PLCs and DCS is a plus (not mandatory). * You are comfortable communicating fluently in English. * You are engaged in the Process Automation market. * You demonstrate proactivity, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn.
