




Project Manager – Trmeric (Manager / Assistant Director) Department: Client Technology (CT) / Demand Management Employment Type: Full‑time **Role Summary** We are hiring a Project Manager to lead stakeholder communications, manage IT product migration, and provide end‑to‑end technical project coordination for the Trmeric rollout. This role partners closely with the Product Manager, senior regional and CTO leads to keep all stakeholders aligned, informed, and ready. **Key Responsibilities (Trmeric Project Management)** **Own the communications plan:** Author updates, FAQs, release notes, and stakeholder emails; manage posts across Teams/Viva Engage and track reach/engagement. **Coordinate training enablement:** Schedule sessions, manage invites and logistics, consolidate materials/recordings, track attendance and feedback, and publish “how‑to” guides. **Stakeholder coordination:** Maintain stakeholder maps and cadence plans; prepare agendas, take notes, capture actions/decisions, and follow through on closures. **Governance \& compliance support:** Collate responses and track actions for PIA/TrustArc, AI‑risk classification, data retention, and security reviews; route materials to control owners. **Project coordination:** Maintain RAID logs, timelines, and weekly status; update dashboards/metrics; flag risks/dependencies for the Product Manager and drive resolution with owners. **Adoption tracking:** Monitor training completion, usage/adoption signals, and stakeholder readiness; summarize outcomes and next steps. **IT Product Migration \& Delivery Management:** Plan and execute migration activities, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of technical components. **Change Management:** Drive organizational readiness, manage change impacts, and apply structured change methodologies (Prosci preferred). **Technical Project Management:** Oversee technical deliverables, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure compliance with architecture and security standards. **Qualifications** 10\+ years in enterprise communications, PMO, technical project management, or program coordination roles; proven experience running multi‑stakeholder comms and training at scale. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and follow‑through. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage), basic reporting, and meeting facilitation. Familiarity with IT product migration, delivery management, privacy/PIA workflows, and AI governance is a plus. Prosci/Change Management, Agile, or PMP/Prince2 certifications preferred. **Reporting Line** Reports to the Product Manager; works closely with Product Sponsors and cross‑functional CT/GCO/Security teams. **Kindly share English profile only, with Gross Salary Expectations in Argentina Pesos**
