Work on challenging, high-value projects making a tangible difference **Role Summary** Epirco Group is hiring a **Data \& Research Assistant** to support day\-to\-day execution across data entry, data formatting, web research, and data mining tasks. This role is best suited to someone who is detail\-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling structured, repetitive, accuracy\-focused work. The person in this role will help collect, clean, organize, and maintain information across spreadsheets, internal trackers, and online research workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems. * Format raw data so it is clean, consistent, and ready for use. * Conduct web research to gather company, contact, product, pricing, and market information. * Perform data mining from online sources and organize findings into structured sheets. * Review records for duplicates, missing details, formatting issues, and inconsistencies. * Support list\-building and research tasks for internal teams. * Keep recurring trackers and spreadsheets updated on time. * Follow task instructions carefully and provide clear status updates when work is completed or blocked. * Maintain organized files and ensure deliverables are easy to review. **Requirements** * Experience in **data entry, internet research, spreadsheet work, or similar support roles**. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency. * Good working knowledge of **Google Sheets or Excel**. * Ability to organize information clearly and follow structured processes. * Reliable written communication in **English**. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines. * Know how to use AI tools for Research and Data Mining purposes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data cleanup, list building, or contact research. * Familiarity with CRMs, admin systems, or online databases. * Basic understanding of lead research, company research, or market research. * Spanish language skills are a plus. * Experience supporting multiple projects at the same time. **Tools \& Technologies** * Google Sheets / Excel * ClickUp or similar task\-management tools * Online research tools and search engines * CRM or database systems * AI Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. **Growth Track:** If you perform well, deliver independently, and take ownership of your work — we’ll back your growth with cash, upskilling, and cross\-country exposure.
