Be part of a company committed to equity and inclusion. **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking a Community Analyst to join our team. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** Plan, organize, and execute the activities of Community Relations Analysts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members to achieve established objectives. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Represent the company before various stakeholders on matters related to indigenous communities. * Maintain ongoing interaction with the company’s cross-functional departments. * Establish, strengthen, and consolidate ties between YPF and indigenous communities. * Administer information regarding contracts designated for indigenous communities. * Prepare periodic management reports and performance indicators. * Intervene and manage necessary resources to resolve conflicts with indigenous communities. * Coordinate with indigenous communities to ensure implementation of scheduled operational activities. * Provide relevant information and/or documentation to various departments for decision-making related to indigenous communities. * Actively lead operational projects in areas inhabited by indigenous communities. **What Do We Value?** Academic Background: University or tertiary graduate. Professional Experience: Experience in complex negotiation contexts is valued, along with strategic vision and interpersonal relationship development. Knowledge of field operations (Upstream/Midstream) is required. Attitude: Negotiation skills, strong interpersonal relationship management, results orientation, adaptability, and flexibility in complex environments. IT Tools: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (preferred).
