PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital supermarket delivering groceries and household items within 10 minutes of order placement, with user experience at the core of our business success. It operates a network of strategically located stores—closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have opportunities for you! We are seeking part-time Pickers for our Munro market. What challenges await you? Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring the expected service level (timely and accurate order fulfillment, aligned with correct packaging procedures and without altering orders). Receive and stock merchandise, complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Register all transactions in the inventory system promptly and accurately. Ensure and verify that the merchandise received matches purchase orders. Ensure and inspect expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damages, etc.). Stock and label products on racks in an organized manner. Suggest layout improvements to enhance picking productivity. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Identify and communicate potential cost-saving opportunities and keep costs below target. Carry out daily tasks with limited supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and demand patterns for each item. Participate in inventory control processes. Participate in order payment and handover to riders.
