Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior/Senior DBA to join our database monitoring, administration, and maintenance team, providing support to various clients. Key Highlights: 1. In this opportunity, we are looking for a Junior/Senior DBA to join the team responsible for database monitoring, administration, and maintenance, supporting multiple clients. Main Responsibilities: - Perform database maintenance, administration, and monitoring. - Manage and resolve operational incidents and requests. - Analyze client requirements and propose technical solutions. - Execute query tuning and optimization tasks. - Develop and run automation scripts. - Define, plan, and manage backup schemas and policies. - Define and implement patching, update, and upgrade policies. - Research and evaluate new technologies. - Document procedures and produce technical deliverables. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator in medium- to high-complexity environments. - Mandatory expertise in Oracle and/or SQL Server. - Desirable knowledge of MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems. - Tertiary or university degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). - Intermediate level of English. We value candidates with strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and ability to work independently. Experience supporting multiple clients is a plus. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, plus rotating on-call shifts. Work Location: Parque Patricios.
