




Job Summary: Worley is seeking a Project Planner to develop and maintain schedules, identify risks, and ensure compliance with standards while working in a collaborative environment. We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and control project execution schedules, including Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. * Ensure schedule assumptions are fully aligned with cost engineering, cost estimation, risk management, and project management disciplines. * Implement corporate planning and scheduling standards and requirements, ensuring proper implementation by contractors and compliance therewith. * Identify schedule trends, risks, and potential deviations, proactively reporting to Project Engineers and Project Managers. * Prepare periodic progress and performance reports, including analysis and reporting of the Schedule Performance Index (SPI). * Develop, implement, and maintain consistent, realistic, and best-practice-aligned project plans and control structures. * Ensure compliance with approved planning and progress monitoring procedures. * Execute monthly progress updates, including forecasts, critical path analysis, and trend analysis for assigned project elements, considering interface impacts. * Prepare, update, and maintain schedule status reports, providing regular and comprehensive information to Project Engineers. * Evaluate and integrate the impact of approved changes, deviations, and productivity performance against key project objectives and milestones. * Identify and assess alternatives to optimize schedules and improve project outcomes. * Coordinate with and challenge Project Engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of key schedule drivers and their sensitivities. * Ensure appropriate resource loading and leveling within project schedules. * Participate in bid schedule evaluations, reviewing and analyzing contractor plans to support contractual award recommendations. * Develop and review contractual requirements related to planning, progress monitoring, and reporting. * Review, validate, and evaluate progress reported by contractors, ensuring its correct integration into the consolidated project schedule. * Monitor the critical path(s), track float consumption, and assess overall schedule criticality. * Contribute to and participate in benchmarking activities. * Support project close-out activities, including lessons learned and consolidation of project information for knowledge management. ✅ **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering or a discipline closely related to the role. * Minimum **10 years of experience** as a Project Planner / Scheduler. * Strong experience using **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Experience across multiple industries (experience in **Mining and associated infrastructure** will be valued). * Proven experience in **Capital Projects** and **EPCM environments**. * Solid experience in construction planning and execution, including progress measurement. * High technical capability to review, analyze, and evaluate contractor schedules. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
