We pride ourselves on making a real difference in the companies that we choose to work with. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Book appointments for our clients from our lead generation efforts * Follow\-up with leads and book their appointments * Respond to leads within 60 seconds to 5 minutes This is a work\-from\-home position so you must have fast and reliable internet. This is a full\-time salary\-based position with a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week from the hours of 8 am CST \- to 5 pm CST. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Proven experience as an Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / BPO Call Center Agent for at least 2 years** * **Experience as an Appointment Setter for a Health and Wellness Clinic is highly preferred** * **Must have PC desktop/laptop with dual monitor set\-up, noise cancelling headset and a reliable internet service provider of at least 40mbps and a back\-up internet of at least 20mbps.** * Familiar with CRM software, High\-Level experience is a big plus! * Good understanding of drip campaigns, etc. * Should be an effective verbal and written communicator * Must speak English fluently * Comfortable with making calls throughout the day * Should be persuasive, self\-motivated and goal\-oriented * Energetic, problem solver, and friendly * Ability to handle rejections gracefully * Exceptional organizational skills **How to Apply:** Send your application to **ivy.c@growthnowmedia.com** and make sure to attach the following requirements: 1\.
