You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to fill positions effectively. Responsibilities * Manage **end\-to\-end** recruitment processes (from intake to offer). * Post job openings, conduct sourcing, and build active candidate pipelines. * Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews. * Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing follow-up to candidates and stakeholders. * Maintain the ATS up to date and report on pipeline progress. * Participate in meetings and communicate with stakeholders in English. * Propose improvements to sourcing channels, processes, and attraction strategies. Requirements * **+1 year** of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional. * Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. * **Advanced English (C1)** for interviews and daily communication. * Sourcing skills * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and communication abilities. Plus (Desirable) * Experience recruiting tech or specialized profiles. * Familiarity with recruitment metrics (time\-to\-fill, funnel, etc.). * ATS knowledge * Experience in remote environments or recruitment consulting.
