Join our MAHLE team! \#StrongerTogether ### **Your Contribution** We are looking for a precise and responsible individual for the position of **External Logistics Clerk – Internal Processing**. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete administrative processing of materials with and without origin, monitoring material flows through internal processes, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation in accordance with internal rules and applicable regulations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Managing the complete administrative processing of materials with and without origin * Preparing material calculations (consumption, usage, value, deviations) * Entering, controlling, and updating data in the ERP (SAP) system (receiving, issuing, reallocations, corrections) * Monitoring material movement through internal processes and ensuring proper documentation * Controlling documentation accuracy and reconciling physical and system records * Preparing internal documents: calculations, internal transfer documents (receipts), return notes, corrections, work orders * Analyzing material consumption deviations and preparing reports for relevant departments * Participating in inventories and preparing calculations and reports * Identifying irregularities in records and initiating correction procedures * Collaborating with production, warehouse, forwarding, quality control, and other departments to collect data ### **Your Experience and Qualifications** * University degree (economics, logistics, or related field) * Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) * Excellent knowledge of Serbian (written and spoken) * High level of precision and responsibility in working with documentation * Understanding of internal logistics and production processes * Ability to work in ERP (SAP) systems and monitor complex material flows * Willingness to work in a team * Previous experience in logistics or administration is desirable **Our Offer** We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal \& career development opportunities.
