Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and passionate Human Resources Analyst to assist with hard and soft HR tasks, ensure process compliance, and contribute to workplace climate. We are currently looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST to join our team in Villa Allende, Córdoba. The main objective is to assist with hard and soft HR tasks. Key Challenges: Ensure compliance with administrative personnel management processes (hiring, termination, workers’ compensation insurance (ART), absenteeism, personnel updates, disciplinary actions, vacation management, legal compliance, advance payments, bank account administration, etc.). Ensure implementation of HR department regulations, procedures, and policies. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, procedures, and the HR department employee handbook. Manage company uniforms and PPE distribution across departments. Conduct recruitment and selection activities; collaborate on onboarding and orientation programs. Support workplace climate and employee motivation through action plans and initiatives (events, special dates, etc.). Support and monitor the annual training plan. Manage internal communications. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Completed or near-completion of university studies in Human Resources (university degree preferred). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are valued. Availability to work onsite in Villa Allende, Córdoba. Preference given to candidates with personal transportation, as public transport does not serve this area. · Required Competencies: Proactive, creative, and passionate HR professional, enthusiastic about challenges, results-oriented, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
