Continuously seek process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing resource utilization. **Main Responsibilities:** Lead the development and implementation of improvements in production processes regarding methods and cycle times, in order to maximize process performance. Ensure quality at system, product, and process levels, in accordance with customer-required standards. Maintain line documentation (HO; FF; HS; HP) as well as TCs based on Performance. Upload Routing Sheets into SAP. Validate new processes (machines / dies) jointly with Product Engineers. Participate in the management of NCs (Internal / External Customer) using the KAIZEN methodology. Coordinate the implementation of new products / processes with the Product Engineer. Participate in quotations for new business from the perspective of methods and time analysis. **Requirements:** Basic concepts of Methods and Time Analysis. Knowledge of Industrial Processes (Stamping, Welding, etc.) Industrial KPIs. Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) Intermediate English level (desirable) **Required Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field **Work Experience:** 4 years of experience in similar positions within industrial areas.
