We are strengthening our team and seeking a **Senior People Operations Analyst** to join the IT Patagonia community. Full-time position, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Temporary position. Role Description, Responsibilities and Activities: * Payroll Processing: Execution of payroll calculations (monthly, biweekly, non-collective-bargaining-agreement, and CCT-based) using Visma People/Payroll Specific Concepts: Calculation of vacation pay, leaves of absence, retroactive adjustments, bonuses, and SAC (Compensatory Additional Salary). * Income Tax: Analysis, calculation, and control of 4th-category tax withholdings. Entry of deductions (SIRADIG). * Digital Payroll Book (DPB): Configuration of payroll concepts, file uploads to ARCA (ex-AFIP), and generation of Form F.931. * Accounting Close: Generation and validation of payroll and accrual journal entries. * Social Security Contributions: Calculation of employer/employee contributions, handling of SICORE (withholdings) and unions. Onboarding & Employee Startups: Verification of onboarding documentation, early registration in ARCA, and assembly of digital employee files. * Banking Operations: Opening of salary accounts. Cash flow coordination for Treasury/Finance. * Digital Platforms: Administration of TuRecibo for digital signing of payslips and legal notifications. * Loans and Advances: Management, recording, and payroll deduction of internal loans and salary advances; updating the shared dashboard with Finance. * Internal Customer Service: Resolution of inquiries regarding payroll, current regulations, and salary-related complaints, adopting a service-oriented approach. Clarification of benefit-related questions. Legal Compliance: Application of the Labor Contract Law (LCT), Collective Bargaining Agreement No. 130/75, and applicable labor regulations in Argentina and Uruguay. * Client Documentation: Management and monthly delivery of compliance documentation (ART certificates, Mandatory Life Insurance certificates, detailed Form F.931 per person, payslips, and bank deposit confirmations); criminal background check certificates upon client request. * Knowledge Economy Law (LEC): Familiarity with the Knowledge Economy Law. Legal Affairs: Issuance and tracking of formal demand letters; coordination with external legal counsel. * Health Insurance (Prepaga): Management of enrollments/cancellations with healthcare providers; verification of monthly billing against the employee registry. Issuance of SErvicios and Cert ART 80\. Offboarding Process: Completion of internal Drive folders, verification of final settlements, and upload of documentation to TuRecibo.com. Tech Stack: Excel, AI, Python, SQL; ARCA (Public Agencies). Critical and analytical thinking.
