We are currently opening the Sr Product position within the Strategic Product team, aiming to lead product development by managing all stages of the product lifecycle and collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers. Here are the key challenges we envision for this role: Manage the product strategy and translate it into an executable product roadmap for the development team. Identify business opportunities and customer needs through research, data analysis, and experimentation. Work with cross-functional teams across Development, UX, Data Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Define product requirements and set priorities based on business objectives, data analysis, and market research. Oversee products comprehensively from business case to GTM (Go-to-Market) definition. Define and update pricing for assigned products in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Data Analytics teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand mandates for assigned products, working closely with Compliance teams. Collaborate with commercial areas to present and/or support team products. Define key product KPIs and make decisions based on their performance. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Work collaboratively with the development squad to assess technical feasibility of proposals and align solutions with the product vision. Important qualifications for this role: Proven experience in similar roles responsible for digital or technological products and/or business development. Experience in payment systems, preferably with products targeting merchants, enterprises, and institutions.
