Write creative and effective copy for various formats. Monitor key metrics and optimize content based on performance. Define the brand's digital narrative and stay updated on trends and algorithms. **User Experience (UX):** Analyze user behavior on web and app using tools such as Google Analytics. Propose data-driven improvements to increase conversion and retention. Coordinate content updates and ensure an intuitive experience aligned with Club's identity. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with design, technology, sales, and member support teams. Act as a liaison with strategic brands to seamlessly activate partnerships.
