After a period of rapid growth, the company is looking for a senior specialist to take full ownership of their Shopify ecosystem, focusing on performance, CRO, SEO, and long\-term platform improvements. **Their priority is clear:** Fix conversion rate performance immediately, then build a scalable, unified Shopify platform for the long term. **Requirements:** * Expert\-level proficiency in Shopify (Online Store 2\.0, Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). * Proven experience in CRO, including A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel optimization. * Strong technical SEO expertise. * Experience working with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity. * Hands\-on executor with the ability to own end\-to\-end implementation. * Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of deliverables. * Ability to join weekly video calls. * Availability for quarterly travel to the U.S. (travel costs covered). * Commitment to long\-term collaboration.
