Your mission is to ensure security, operational continuity and protocol compliance through the efficient use of monitoring technologies, incident management and team leadership. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the continuous operation of the monitoring center, ensuring proper reception, analysis and response to events. * Lead teams of supervisors, coordinators and operators, promoting best practices, ongoing training and adherence to procedures. * Coordinate with physical security, IT, maintenance and operations departments to ensure comprehensive incident response. * Implement and improve response, escalation and communication protocols for critical events. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports for management. * Evaluate and propose technological improvements in video surveillance systems, alarms, sensors, management software, etc. * Serve as the technical and operational reference during internal and external audits. **Role Challenges** * **High operational pressure**: Make quick and accurate decisions in critical or high-risk situations. * **Managing teams in rotating shifts**: Maintain motivation, discipline and performance in a 24/7 environment. * **Technological integration**: Adapt to diverse and constantly evolving systems. * **Strategic vision**: Balance daily operations with continuous improvement and innovation. **What We Expect From You** * Technical or university degree in Security, Systems, Engineering or related fields. * Experience leading teams, preferably in monitoring centers, electronic security or critical operations management. * Strong leadership attitude, interpersonal skills, proactivity, problem-solving ability and multitasking coordination. * Knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, monitoring software and security protocols. * Intermediate English level (desirable). * Availability to work Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site. * Residence in the Northern Zone or surrounding areas (desirable)

You will be working on designing, prototyping and supervising the international manufacturing of our warehouse hardware products.
