




We need an SDR Manager who can lead a team while owning the operational backbone of our outbound motion. This role requires someone highly tech\-savvy who can build workflows, streamline processes, and keep the SDR engine running smoothly. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Manage and coach SDRs to hit outreach and meeting targets. * Build and maintain automations using **Zapier**, **HubSpot**, and **GoHighLevel**. * Oversee CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequences, and reporting. * Create dashboards and performance reports in **Excel**. * Improve outbound KPIs through optimized workflows, messaging, and targeting. * Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align pipeline needs. **Requirements** ---------------- * Strong technical skills with **HubSpot**, **Zapier**, **GoHighLevel**, and **Excel**. * Ability to design scalable workflows and streamline manual tasks. * SDR leadership or SDR ops experience (2–4\+ years). * Solid understanding of outbound strategy and qualification frameworks. * Analytical, organized, and process\-oriented.
