DK Consultores is currently seeking an Architect to work in the Projects and Technical Documentation area for an Architecture studio **Main responsibilities:** \* Preparation and updating of drawings using AutoCAD/Revit. \* 3D modeling and rendering for project presentations. \* Development of preliminary designs, municipal plans, and executive documentation. \* Preparation of quantity takeoffs and preliminary and executive budgets. \* On-site surveys and translation into technical documentation. \* Coordination with construction site management for adjustments and resolution of details. \* Preparation of visual proposals, presentation boards, descriptive reports, and technical specifications. **Requirements:** \* University degree in Architecture \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, construction documentation, and/or architectural projects. \* Own transportation (mandatory). \* Intermediate to advanced level in Excel. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and knowledge of 3D software (Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD or similar). \* Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Work mode: Onsite – Munro, Greater Buenos Aires North, including site visits within AMBA Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time.
