**Job Details** ------------------------- We are currently seeking Production Supervisors with proven experience in coordinating work teams in industrial plants and availability to work rotating shifts. Education: Candidates graduated in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or technical degrees related to the industry will be prioritized. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with production orders according to established standards. * Coordinate and supervise operational teams, guaranteeing achievement of objectives and adherence to current regulations. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Train personnel, evaluate performance, and identify training needs. * Implement corrective actions for quality deviations. * Manage material orders required for planned production. * Administer scrap and non-conformities. * Report maintenance tasks to be performed by maintenance staff and verify their completion. * Participate in proposals for process, product, and raw material usage improvements. * Ensure plant order and cleanliness. Requirements: * Prior experience in supervising production teams in industrial plants (mandatory). * Ability to perform in dynamic environments. * Decision-making skills aligned with strategic objectives. * Knowledge of quality control, maintenance, and material management. * Proficiency with computer tools. * Knowledge of ISO standards and SAP (desirable).
