Preserve and restore historical artifacts and documents * Conduct in\-depth research on the history of life at sea, including maritime traditions, customs, and practices * Collect and organize historical documents, photographs, and artifacts related to crew life at sea * Develop and maintain a comprehensive archive of historical materials * Create engaging and informative presentations, exhibits, and educational programs for crew members and guests * Collaborate with other departments to incorporate historical elements into onboard activities and events * Respond to inquiries and provide information about the history of crew life at sea * Stay updated on current research and trends in maritime history and share this knowledge with the team * Assist with the preservation and restoration of historical artifacts and documents * Participate in the planning and execution of special projects and events related to crew life at sea history Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, Maritime Studies, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a maritime or museum setting * Excellent research and analytical skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to present complex historical information in a clear and engaging manner * Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software * Knowledge of preservation and conservation techniques for historical materials * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills * Passion for maritime history and a desire to share it with others
