To find out more visit **www.lenovo.com**, and read about the latest news via our **StoryHub**. ### **Description and Requirements** **Intern Trade Marketing** Responsibilities: * Support administrative and internal company processes: generating purchase orders; tracking payments and invoicing; managing, planning and monitoring the quarterly budget; allocating investments according to the Trade Marketing plan; sourcing quotations and alternative suppliers. * Reporting: aligned monthly / quarterly reports. Maintain order of the Brand’s monthly reports, direct channel, operators, retailers. * ROI analysis, variance analysis and quotation alternatives. General data analysis for the department. * Monitoring and controlling departmental investment. * Support in producing brand materials and point-of-sale displays, ensuring efficient distribution of resources. * Collaborate in managing various agencies supporting Trade Marketing operations. * Collaborate in implementations, product launch events, BTL brand activities, customer experiences, print materials, purchases and the Trade Marketing plan. * Collaborate in campaigns and production of marketing department materials.
