We are looking for a **Finance Business Partner** to join our company. The right candidate must be technically talented, hands\-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast\-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you! **What you will be doing** * Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. * Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations. * Preparing financial modelling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact for the organization. * Active participation in closing processes. * Performing Expenses controls by Area aligned with the Forecast \& Budget. * Validating accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviews of exceptions. * Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP\&A. * Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or Business administration. * Good knowledge of Netsuit. * Advanced Excel skills. * Fluency in English – written \& spoken. * Soft skills: analytical, paying attention to details, good communication skills.
