Job Summary: We are seeking an operational Security Supervisor who is responsible and strongly oriented toward prevention, to supervise personnel, conduct preventive patrols, and coordinate emergency response actions. The position requires an operational, responsible profile with strong orientation toward prevention and regulatory compliance. **Work Location: Moreno, Buenos Aires Province.** Main Responsibilities * Supervise outsourced personnel. * Conduct preventive patrols throughout the facilities. * Identify risk situations and act in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate emergency response actions (evacuations, incidents, alarms). * Maintain operational contact with external security providers, public forces, or emergency services. * Prepare basic incident and event reports. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in security, surveillance, or control functions (mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Observational ability, sound judgment, and decision-making capacity. * Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in shopping centers, large supermarkets, or high-public-traffic environments. * Additional training in security, risk prevention, or first aid. * Residence in areas near Moreno.
