To support this mission, Syngenta’s Product Development team is seeking an **Extension Specialist** in the Southeast of Buenos Aires Province (Tandil, Mar del Plata or southeast of Bs As). This role will be part of a team of professionals focused on transferring product and service positioning to customers and our distribution network. **Responsibilities** * Serve as technical reference within the area of influence. * Generate demand among leading producers and advisors by working jointly with the regional sales manager and distribution network. * Conduct training and technical-commercial transfer to the seed sales network. * Provide technical extension to producers and external institutions (private/public). * Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration within the seed organization (sales, marketing and product development). **Requirements** **Essential qualifications for this position:** * Degree in Agronomy or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in technical-commercial roles within the seed industry. * Technical knowledge of Corn, Sunflower, Wheat and Soybean crops. * Commercial experience in the seed market (valued). * Experience managing organizational and customer relationships. * Intermediate English proficiency (valued). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license. * Proven ability to clearly communicate technical information to key stakeholders (farmers/agronomists and others) in the region. * Strong analytical skills. **Additional Information** **Be Part of the Syngenta Experience** * Competitive salary and attractive benefits. * Dynamic and international work environment. * Modern office environment and collaboration tools. * Forward-looking policies (e.g., remote work, professional breaks). * Supports personal development in a diverse and inclusive environment. **Important:** Beyond simply believing in the power of diversity, Syngenta fosters an inclusive culture that embraces differences in all forms.
