We are a grill and kitchen restaurant with a distinct identity, located in the Bancalari / Buena Vista area. We have a well-established team, a growing project, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of this process from within. Our Ideal Candidate An experienced chef with sound judgment and authentic leadership — someone who can organize a team and also wear the apron when needed. Someone who understands that in a well-functioning kitchen, the head chef is the first to arrive and the last to leave. Main Responsibilities — Lead daily kitchen and grill operations, serving as an active role model within the team. — Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team: task assignments, scheduling, and days off. — Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes leaving the kitchen. — Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs of the department. — Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper mise en place before each service. — Ensure clear shift handovers and smooth communication with the front-of-house team. — Prepare basic management reports and communicate them to management. — Promote a team-oriented culture, continuous improvement, and pride in one’s work. What We Require — Minimum 4 years of experience in professional restaurant or grill kitchens. — Experience leading culinary teams — authority earned through work, not just title. — Practical knowledge of Argentine grilling: cuts, doneness levels, fire management. — Operational and solution-oriented profile — willing to get hands-on, present on-site, and resolve issues. — Strong communication and personnel management skills. — Residency in Bancalari, Nordelta, Tigre, San Fernando, Escobar, Malvinas Argentinas, or nearby areas, or possession of personal transportation.
