This role anticipates, personalizes, and addresses guest needs before they are requested and possesses knowledge of hotel services and amenities. Responsibilities: * Responsible for delivering guest orders to rooms. * Collaborates with Housekeeping staff on tasks. * Assists in organizing pantries and storage areas. * Manages inventory and restocks linens and amenities. Requirements: * Service-oriented mindset and adaptability. * Attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours (mandatory). * Prior experience in this position. * English language proficiency. The candidate must possess the necessary documentation to work in the country.
