On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking Client Intake Assistant to join their growing team remotely. In this role, you are responsible for managing the initial stages of the client journey. This role ensures that new client information is accurately captured, verified, and organized before being passed to the appropriate legal or operational team. **Note: Please submit your resume in English so we can effectively assess your qualifications.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Client Intake \& Onboarding** * Process new client intake requests and ensure all required information is collected. * Review submitted forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy. * Communicate with prospective and new clients to obtain missing details or documents. * Enter and maintain client data in the firm’s CRM or intake management system. * Ensure all intake records are organized and properly documented. * Coordination \& Communication * Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and internal teams to route new client matters appropriately. * Monitor intake pipelines and ensure timely follow\-ups with clients. * Provide status updates to internal stakeholders regarding new client onboarding. * **Compliance \& Documentation** * Ensure client files meet internal compliance and documentation standards. * Maintain confidentiality of all client information and legal documents. * Assist with conflict checks or other intake\-related administrative processes as needed. * **Process Support** * Help improve and streamline intake workflows and documentation processes. * Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper file naming and storage procedures. * **Ad Hoc and Cross\-Functional Support** * Assist attorneys and management with special projects as assigned * Support firm\-wide initiatives, process improvements, and administrative needs * Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth operations across teams **Qualifications and Requirements** * Previous experience in administrative support, client intake, customer service, or legal administration. * Experience working in a law firm or legal services environment. * Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. * Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools. * Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants. * Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding. **Working Hours:** Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. \- 5 p.m. Pacific Time **Pay:** $800 \+ $55 Allowance per month **About Us: MOVE Your Business** is an outsourcing company based in Southern California, dedicated to empowering both businesses and professionals.
