Opportunity in an environment where order and quality are fundamental Washing and Sterilization Assistant At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for responsible, organized, and committed individuals to join as Washing and Sterilization Assistants for a leading agribusiness company in Tucumán. This is a key position to guarantee the cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of laboratory materials, ensuring that in vitro cultivation processes take place under optimal conditions. · What will be your mission? Ensure proper cleaning, conditioning, and sterilization of materials and culture media, strictly complying with laboratory hygiene, safety, and quality protocols. · Main Responsibilities -Wash, dry, and condition flasks, instruments, and laboratory utensils -Prepare culture media and solutions according to established procedures -Safely operate sterilization equipment (autoclave) -Monitor and record sterilization cycles -Organize and maintain stocks of sterile materials correctly labeled -Maintain order and cleanliness in the area -Detect and report deviations, failures, or sanitary risks -Coordinate daily needs with the Laboratory Manager -Comply with safety, hygiene, and operational procedures -Participate in internal training sessions · Requirements Completed secondary education (mandatory) Residence near the workplace (mandatory) Good fine motor skills No prior laboratory or in vitro cultivation experience required; training will be provided. · We especially value Experience in manual, repetitive, or production-oriented tasks Attention to detail and quality orientation Organization and autonomy Good communication skills and willingness to learn · Working Conditions On-site mode Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 hrs Location: Yacuchina, Monteros · What do we offer?
