Position Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the company, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to the success of Ceta Capital Humano. Opportunity for development in a dynamic and growing environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional for the sales area at Ceta Capital Humano. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and the company, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Preference is given to candidates residing in Concepción and surrounding areas, with commercial experience, social media management skills, and sales experience. Your problem-solving ability and customer orientation will be fundamental to maintaining customer satisfaction and the success of our operations. · Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing inquiries and resolving issues effectively, cash handling and POS operation. You must maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure customers receive correct information and necessary services. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and managing product restocking, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order processing. · A proactive attitude and customer-focused approach are required. You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team. Prior customer service experience is required; experience in cash handling and restocking is preferred.
