Perform cutting, sowing, and handling of plant material for in vitro culture, ensuring precision, neatness, and compliance with laboratory sterility and quality protocols. Key Responsibilities - Perform sterile cutting, sowing, and handling of plant material - Prepare flasks and culture media according to established procedures - Meet defined production timelines and standards - Identify and report potential contaminations or deviations - Record basic data (batches, dates, observations) to ensure traceability - Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation - Comply with safety and hygiene regulations - Actively participate in internal training sessions · Requirements - Completed secondary education (mandatory) - Good fine motor skills and sustained attention - Visuomotor coordination and capacity for repetitive work - Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Especially valued - Experience in manual tasks, production, or roles requiring high attention to detail - Ongoing technical, tertiary, or university education in related fields (not mandatory) - Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn · No prior laboratory or in vitro culture experience is required — training will be provided. · Working Conditions - Location: Yacuchina, Monteros - Mode: On-site - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30 | Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 · What do we offer?
