In this role, you will be the main link between our customers and the company, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your problem-solving ability and customer orientation will be essential to maintaining our customers' satisfaction and the success of our operations. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing inquiries and effectively resolving issues, cash handling and POS operation. You must maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure customers receive correct information and necessary services. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and managing product restocking, ensuring inventories are up-to-date and orders are processed efficiently. A proactive attitude and customer-focused approach are required. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a demonstrated ability to work in a team. Prior experience in customer service is required, preferably in cashier and restocking roles.
