What will your responsibilities be? * Deliver structured first-level technical support, ensuring proper registration, diagnosis, resolution, or escalation of incidents within defined SLA parameters. * Incident Management + Register, categorize, and prioritize incidents in the ITSM tool. + Perform structured resolution and diagnostic procedures. * Technical Support + Provide support for operating systems, applications, and connectivity. + Execute predefined diagnostic scripts. What do we require from you? * Prior experience in Helpdesk or Call Center environments. * Basic problem-solving methodologies. * Strong communication and documentation skills.
