The selected candidate will be responsible for driving technical quality, supporting development teams, and leading continuous improvement initiatives—combining development tasks with a key role as a cross-functional technical reference. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the team’s technical reference, promoting development standards, best practices, and mentoring (a key role). * Ensure technical quality and cross-squad alignment, guaranteeing consistency in architecture, testing, accessibility, and performance. * Develop critical features for online banking and mobile applications, with a focus on scalability and optimization. * Participate in strategic technical decisions, architecture definition, and solution feasibility assessments. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and development practices. * Support and train junior developers and new hires, collaborating on technical growth plans. * Document UX-Backend interactions and produce functional mappings to ensure architectural clarity. * Collaborate in cross-squad forums, bringing proposals to the technical reference table and ensuring technical alignment. * Promote documentation, collective learning, and knowledge sharing within guilds and chapter spaces. **Requirements:** * Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science or related fields (Mandatory). * Solid proficiency in JavaScript and advanced expertise in React and/or Angular frameworks (Mandatory). * 1–2 years of prior experience as a technical reference in development teams. * Knowledge of component-based architecture and CI/CD (Jenkins). * Ability to implement automated testing (unit and end-to-end) (Desirable). * Ability to work with metrics and event tracking (Desirable). * Experience in product-oriented companies, fintechs, or banking institutions (Desirable). * Familiarity with and daily use of AI (ChatGPT or Gemini) for daily tasks, optimizing operational processes and tasks. **What do we offer?** Join a prestigious banking institution with professional development opportunities.
