Our leading brands include **ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls** and **kSARIA.** Position Summary: Responsible for executing, analyzing, and controlling accounting and accounts payable processes, ensuring the accurate recording, integrity, and reliability of financial information, in compliance with local accounting standards, current legislation, corporate policies, and the company's internal controls. Actively participates in monthly accounting closings, reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of information for audits, contributing accounting expertise, an analytical approach, and a focus on continuous improvement within the Finance area. Essential Responsibilities: * Record, monitor, and allocate accounting transactions related to purchases, sales, expenses, provisions, and payments to both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring their accurate recording in the management system. * Manage the Accounts Payable process comprehensively, including invoice registration, current account monitoring, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution. * Perform monthly analysis, reconciliation, and balancing of balance sheet and income statement accounts, including bank reconciliations and other assigned accounts. * Actively participate in monthly accounting closings, assisting with adjustments, provisions, reclassifications, and variance analysis. * Record monthly provisions related to expenses, payroll, fixed assets, and other items, as well as depreciation and corresponding adjustments. * Monitor and record expense reports, validating supporting documentation and ensuring accurate accounting allocation. • Provide support in preparing information for internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and compliance with controls. • Collaborate on income and expense control tasks related to finance.* Provide support in tax processes and compliance with current local regulations. * Interact with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the proper resolution of accounting and administrative matters. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes by proposing optimizations, controls, and standardization of procedures. * Comply with and promote compliance with policies, internal regulations, corporate standards, and ESH guidelines applicable to the position. Position Requirements: * Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting positions, preferably in multinational or medium/large-sized companies. * Solid knowledge of general accounting, account analysis, and reconciliation. * Experience in Accounts Payable (required). * Knowledge of ERP management systems (desirable). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls. * Intermediate level of written and spoken English (desirable).
