Job Summary: This role ensures the infrastructure of technical network buildings by analyzing, designing, and executing improvement and expansion projects. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis, design, and execution of building infrastructure projects. 2. Development of energy-saving and sustainability culture. 3. Support for project execution supervision and supplier management. Primary Objective Ensure the infrastructure of technical network buildings. Analyze, design, and execute improvement and growth projects for the building infrastructure of technical building rooms and facilities, as well as support for network expansion projects. Main Responsibilities Analyze electromechanical infrastructure requirements based on future network engineering projects. Develop energy-saving and sustainability culture. Design and formulate technical specifications for facilities/buildings at the building infrastructure level (considering space, power, cooling, and cabling). Generate tender documents, policies, and procedures related to project tenders, construction works, and material qualification. Provide support for project execution supervision and manage supplier relationships according to: Budget (Capex) Process (Sytex) Schedule (Plan/Forecast adherence) Quality Documentation (documentary record) Certification (BPM) Reporting (seed for Power BI) Materials (ordering and download – SAP) Qualify and develop necessary suppliers for projects. Keep technical specifications up to date (design/materials/equipment). Support qualification of new materials/solutions. Track project change control, deviations, and risks. Establish and maintain the Infrastructure Database (CeraOptimizer). Support Corporate O&M and the DT Efficiency Committee. Position Profile: Education Completed or advanced studies in Electronic or Electrical Engineering. Position Profile: Experience Experience in supervision and/or execution of Telecommunications and Data Center construction projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies and PMI.
