Slaughterhouse Supervisor

**Position Description:** We are looking for a Production Supervisor for the Slaughterhouse area. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production targets, the quality of the finished product, and the proper execution of operational procedures. The role requires leading work teams, managing indicators, and ensuring efficient and safe operations. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Ensure compliance with production objectives and goals. ✔ Supervise the finished product, ensuring quality standards and established timelines. ✔ Identify and analyze deviations in the production process. ✔ Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. ✔ Manage documentation and administrative tasks within the department. ✔ Develop and update operational procedures. ✔ Lead, coordinate, and motivate the work team. ✔ Measure and report department KPIs. ✔ Prepare technical and production reports focused on results. Requirements **Profile Requirements:** Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the food or meat processing industry. Knowledge of production processes, slaughter, and quality control. Proficiency in managing KPIs, procedures, and reporting. Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving capabilities. Good command of computer tools and technical documentation.
