Our team is distributed across hubs in Austin, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and we are deeply focused on building intuitive, high\-impact solutions that make a real difference for our users. **Paid Media Manager at Handoff** We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own the full\-stack paid growth motion, from first click to signed\-up contractor. You’ll launch campaigns from scratch, turn data into action, and scale what works fast. This role is perfect for someone who lives inside ad platforms, thrives on experimentation, and is obsessed with performance metrics like **CPL, CAC, and activation rate**. You know how to make Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads deliver real business impact. ### **What you'll do** * Build, launch, and scale **paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube** that turn contractors into customers * Continuously test and iterate with **creative angles, ad copy, and funnels** — you’ll test it all, from “AI vs Human”, to “Estimate in 3 minutes” and “Stop guessing your margins” * Create and maintain **dashboards** that make performance crystal clear — what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down * Track and optimize **CAC efficiency, conversion rate, and trial activation** with a focus on ROI * Partner with Content and Product to build growth loops — like referral, reactivation, and upsell campaigns * Collaborate with RevOps to tighten **HubSpot, GA4, and attribution** so every lead and dollar is accounted for * Identify new **growth levers and channels** (TikTok? Reddit? Contractor forums?) that expand reach within our ICP ### **About you** * 3–5\+ years in **performance or growth marketing**, ideally in SaaS or tech with a blue\-collar audience * Track record of successfully lowering **CAC and increasing paid efficiency** through experimentation * Strong **data and analytics** skills — you don’t wait for reports, you build them * Love testing — creative, copy, targeting, and funnel ideas are always on your whiteboard * You’re hypothesis\-driven and **move at startup speed**: build, test, learn, repeat * Experienced across **HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager**, and similar tools * Fluent in managing **short sales cycles** and high\-velocity testing * Previous experience in fast\-paced environments (Series A/B startups or agencies supporting similar clients). ### **What we offer** * Get paid in USD and take advantage of unlimited paid time off (PTO). * Be part of a high\-growth startup shaping the future of remodeling and construction. * Work with a passionate, global team of experts from leading tech companies. * Help build a company that values innovation, creativity, and efficiency.
