




Job Description: ### **Infrastructure and Internal Support Manager** **Work Model:** Hybrid / On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM **Location:** Microcenter #### **Position Overview:** We are seeking an **Infrastructure and Internal Support Manager** to lead and ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure. The role will be responsible for coordinating the technical support team, ensuring the availability of network and system services, and proposing improvements to optimize operations and cybersecurity. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain network, server, and internal systems infrastructure. * Coordinate tasks within the technical support team and ensure efficient user assistance. * Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of corporate hardware and software. * Supervise backup policies, security protocols, and information access controls. * Coordinate with external technology service providers. * Document procedures and ensure compliance with technical standards. * Propose continuous improvements in infrastructure and internal tools. #### **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 years** of prior experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of network administration, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and IT management tools. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication abilities and a service-oriented mindset. #### **Desirable Qualifications:** * Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc.). * Experience in hybrid or high-availability environments.
