Key Responsibilities * Generate invoices: oversee the production of accurate and timely customer invoices for all customers, ensuring compliance with NCR's revenue policy. * Monitor billing: manage the processing of invoices for solutions and services, invoice optimization, and audit and analyze billing requests. * Stakeholder coordination: coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual billing. * Trend analysis: analyze billing trends and ensure accounts are processed within service level agreements (SLAs). * Relationship management: effectively cultivate and manage relationships, including conducting conference calls with multiple parties. * Revenue accounting: oversee revenue accounting and reconciliation during month\-end processes. * Contract tracking: monitor unbilled contracts and improve invoicing to meet monthly SLAs. * Contract compliance: revalidate contractual terms, analyze credit memos, and support resolution and closure of disputes. * Stakeholder engagement: develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales and services, IT, sales support, field, and other business unit counterparts. * Process improvement: identify and implement improvements in billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. * Financial integrity: maintain the integrity of financial systems, procedures, and reporting. * Professional standards: maintain professional standards within the Financial Management team. * Policy compliance: ensure compliance with standing financial instructions, standing orders, and financial policies and procedures. Main Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Technical skills: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
