Develop AI and Machine Learning solutions with operational impact **Position Description:** We are looking for a **Data Scientist \& ML Developer** to join our Technology and Innovation department. This role will focus on researching, designing, and implementing Machine Learning models and AI-based optimization systems, ensuring their proper integration with corporate platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, train, and evaluate predictive Machine Learning models (decision trees, ensemble models, neural networks). * Perform feature engineering tasks and manage large-scale imbalanced databases. * Design optimization systems and AI algorithms applied to operational management and resource allocation. * Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization to support business decision-making. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on software solution integration via APIs, ensuring code quality and technical documentation. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Graduate or advanced student in Data Science, Computer Science, Digital Technology, Engineering, or related analytical disciplines. * **Prior experience:** Minimum 3 years in software/data development and 1–2 years in applied AI / Machine Learning projects. * **Advanced proficiency in Python**, including associated libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit\-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM). * Fluent use of **SQL** for relational database manipulation. * **Advanced English level (C1\)**, demonstrable (fluent technical conversation). * Version control using **Git / GitHub**. **Desirable Requirements:** * Background in **Biomedical Engineering** or prior experience in **Healthcare / Clinics / Insurance** environments. * Experience in AI-driven automation projects or **Generative AI**. * Familiarity with structured programming languages (**C/C\+\+**). * Knowledge of design and interface tools (**Figma**) and technical documentation (**LaTeX**). **Required Skills:** * Resilience and ability to self-learn when facing complex technical problems. * Communication skills to translate analytical metrics and reports into clear language for operational teams. * Ability to work collaboratively in environments with high data sensitivity and confidentiality regulations. Salary: Starting from $1,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Saavedra, Buenos Aires (Autonomous City, Greater Buenos Aires)
