(www.intiza.com) Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document client functional requirements. - Act as the liaison between the client and the technical team. - Lead implementation projects, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications. - Identify opportunities for improvement in client processes. - Provide weekly project progress reports. - Participate in commercial presentations when required. Requirements: - Prior experience as a Functional Consultant / Functional Analyst / Process Analyst / Software Implementer. - Strong organizational, communication, listening, and empathy skills. - Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Experience in SaaS, ERP, or similar environments is highly valued.
