




At **Ecolab** we are looking for a **Sr. Payroll Analyst** to join our team in Argentina and Uruguay. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and/or modification of associate information in various systems, including government entities and/or third parties. * Administer the physical and digital employee records whenever changes occur, such as salary modifications, transfers, etc., enabling the visualization of historical data. * Record, monitor, and verify in the payroll system that all updates have been correctly processed. * Control and calculation of payroll-related updates. * Prepare and submit required information for different audits defined by the company, timely and accurately. * Stay updated on any changes in Labor Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. * Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies to receive required documentation, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and Ecolab's joint liability responsibilities. * Issue and manage statutory outputs: social charges, legal ledgers, union dues, judicial withholdings/seizures, etc. * Manage payments related to: statutory obligations, prepaid medical billing, life insurance, etc. * Generate, review, and send reports: accounting entries, labor cost, HR indicators, life insurance, payslips, etc. **Education:** * Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields * Language: Intermediate/advanced English * Advanced knowledge of Excel * 5 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel administration * Knowledge of the Cegid system will be valued. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
