The person in this role will be responsible for creating fast, innovative, and valuable solutions for both clients and strategic partners, ensuring their satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist and train users during system implementation. * Identify specific client needs and propose appropriate solutions. * Analyze, detect, and suggest business improvements through functional use of the system. * Establish commercial agreements regarding the management activities to be developed. #### **Requirements:** * Advanced students or graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * 1 to 2 years of experience in using and implementing ERP software (mandatory). * Experience in business and administrative processes (desirable). * Customer management experience and knowledge in SQL or any programming skills that facilitate coordination with the development team will be considered a plus. * Strong communication and teaching skills, customer orientation, and results-driven mindset are expected.
